Tipi di sospensione su Cloudzy

Depending on the reason for suspension, Cloudzy will either restrict access to the specific VPS involved or suspend the entire account. There are four types of suspension: billing, AUP violation, similarity, and payment dispute. Each is explained in full in its own guide, linked below.

Sospensione per mancato pagamento

For hourly (PAYG) servers, if there isn’t enough credit balance, both the billing account and the VPS are suspended. The server is kept for up to 7 days before deletion. For non-hourly servers (monthly, 4-month, 6-month plans, etc.), if the end date passes without payment, access is restricted for up to 7 days. For monthly and other non-hourly services, the VPS is permanently deleted after 7 days if the issue isn’t resolved; for hourly (PAYG) services, see the billing article below for how the grace period works.

Sospensione per violazione dell'AUP

Based on Cloudzy’s Politica di uso accettabile, prohibited activities include illegal activity, intellectual property infringement, spamming, resource abuse, network abuse, and more. Depending on the nature of the reported abuse, either the specific VPS or the entire account may be suspended. For a detailed review of a specific case, contact support.

Sospensione per somiglianza tra account

Per Cloudzy policy, having multiple accounts, even under different email addresses, isn’t allowed. Legitimate special cases, such as an organization with several teams, need to coordinate with support in advance. If an account is flagged, the user will be required to complete identity verification (KYC).

As long as a payment dispute (chargeback) is open, the entire account remains suspended.
