개요
이 이용 정책(AUP)은 VPS, 전용 서버, 클라우드 인프라를 포함한 Cloudzy의 모든 서비스 이용에 적용됩니다. 모든 고객 및 최종 사용자는 서비스 이용 조건으로 이 정책을 준수해야 합니다.
금지 활동
AUP는 Cloudzy 인프라에서 허용되지 않는 활동을 규정합니다. 여기에는 불법 활동, 악성코드 배포, 타 시스템에 대한 무단 접근, DDoS 공격 등 네트워크 남용, 스팸 메일 발송, 관련 법령을 위반하는 콘텐츠 호스팅 등이 포함되나 이에 한정되지 않습니다.
리소스 사용
이 정책은 공유 리소스의 공정한 사용, 네트워크 대역폭 기준, 그리고 특정 고객의 사용이 공유 인프라 내 다른 고객에게 부정적인 영향을 미칠 경우 Cloudzy가 이를 처리하는 방식을 다룹니다.
정책 집행
Cloudzy reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for AUP violations. Depending on the type and severity of the activity, Cloudzy typically opens a support ticket first, giving the customer a chance to remove the offending content or activity and confirm it's resolved. If the customer doesn't respond or confirm, the affected service is suspended. If this happens three times, the entire account is suspended.
For severe violations, Cloudzy may suspend the service or account without prior notice. Even then, the customer can open a support ticket and the support team will explain next steps.
A suspension for an AUP violation generally can't be reversed, except in special cases reviewed individually by support. For a full walkthrough of what to expect, see AUP Violation Suspension.
Refund Impact
Accounts or services suspended for an AUP violation are not eligible for a refund, even within the 14-day window described in the 환불 보장.
