"I've been running a VPS with Cloudzy for a while now and I'm comfortable recommending them, especially if you're in the niche of customers who want a reliable provider that takes crypto without making it feel like a second-class payment method. What I like: - Crypto payments work, full stop. This was the main reason I picked Cloudzy and it's been frictionless. - The VPS itself is solid. Provisioning was quick, network performance is good, and uptime has matched what I'd expect at this price point. Nothing dramatic to report, which in hosting is the highest compliment. - Support is reachable and human. I had a non-trivial request — unblocking outbound SMTP submission (port 587) so I could send authenticated transactional mail through a third-party provider for my infrastructure. The first-line response followed a strict template that didn't fit my situation, but when I laid out the actual use case in detail, Ava from the support team stepped in personally, understood what I was actually trying to do, and made the exception. That kind of judgment from a support team is really valuable. Minor friction: - The default verification flow leans on requirements (non-crypto payment method, residential IP for the support session) that don't really fit privacy-conscious customers. If you hit that wall, escalate calmly with concrete details about your use case — in my experience the team is willing to look at the actual situation rather than just the checklist. Overall: 5 stars. Crypto-accepting, technically competent, and — importantly — staffed by people who will actually read your ticket and think about it. That last part is what bumped this from "good enough" to "I'd recommend it to friends.""
