haproxy -v

Belangrijke bestanden en mappen

• Configuratiebestand: /etc/haproxy/haproxy.cfg
• Binair: /usr/sbin/haproxy

Servicebeheer

HAProxy starten:

systemctl start haproxy

Opnieuw opstarten na configuratiewijzigingen:

systemctl restart haproxy

Controleer status:

systemctl status haproxy

Bekijk live logs:

journalctl -u haproxy -f

Configuratie

Configuratie bewerken:

vim /etc/haproxy/haproxy.cfg

Valideer configuratie:

haproxy -c -f /etc/haproxy/haproxy.cfg

Opnieuw opstarten na wijzigingen:

systemctl restart haproxy

Opmerkingen

• HAProxy is geïnstalleerd maar NIET automatisch geconfigureerd
• Ervoor zorgen /etc/haproxy/haproxy.cfg vóór gebruik correct is ingesteld
• Na elke wijziging is opnieuw opstarten vereist
• De service werkt niet correct als de standaard lege configuratie is
