AUP Violation Suspension

Của Cloudzy Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets out what is and isn’t allowed on our servers. Prohibited activities include illegal activity, intellectual property infringement, malware distribution, unauthorized access to other systems, network abuse such as DDoS, spam or bulk email, and hosting illegal content. This article explains what happens when a service or account is suspended for violating that policy.

Scope of the Suspension

Cloudzy suspends either the specific VPS involved or the entire account, depending on the severity of the reported abuse.

Process and Timeline

For most abuse types, Cloudzy opens a support ticket first, notifying the user and giving them a chance to remove the offending content or activity and confirm it’s resolved.

• If the user doesn’t respond or confirm, the service is suspended.
• If this happens three times, the entire account is suspended.

No prior notice, in severe cases: for serious violations, Cloudzy suspends the account or VPS without prior notice. The user can still open a support ticket, and support will guide them through next steps.

Reversibility

Once a service or account is suspended for an AUP violation, it generally can’t be reopened. Special cases are reviewed individually by support.

Refund Impact

An account suspended for an AUP violation is not eligible for a refund, even within the Đảm bảo hoàn tiền trong 14 ngày window. See the exception listed on the Money-Back Guarantee page for details.
