Descripción general
Esta Política de uso aceptable (AUP) regula el uso de todos los servicios de Cloudzy, incluidos VPS, servidores dedicados e infraestructura cloud. Todos los clientes y usuarios finales deben cumplirla como condición del servicio.
Actividades prohibidas
La AUP recoge las actividades no permitidas en la infraestructura de Cloudzy, entre las que se incluyen: actividades ilegales, distribución de malware, acceso no autorizado a otros sistemas, abuso de red como ataques DDoS, envío masivo de correo no solicitado (spam) y alojamiento de contenido que infrinja la legislación vigente.
Uso de recursos
La política regula el uso justo de los recursos compartidos, las expectativas de ancho de banda y cómo gestiona Cloudzy los casos en que el uso de un cliente afecta negativamente a otros en la infraestructura compartida.
Aplicación de la política
Cloudzy reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for AUP violations. Depending on the type and severity of the activity, Cloudzy typically opens a support ticket first, giving the customer a chance to remove the offending content or activity and confirm it's resolved. If the customer doesn't respond or confirm, the affected service is suspended. If this happens three times, the entire account is suspended.
For severe violations, Cloudzy may suspend the service or account without prior notice. Even then, the customer can open a support ticket and the support team will explain next steps.
A suspension for an AUP violation generally can't be reversed, except in special cases reviewed individually by support. For a full walkthrough of what to expect, see AUP Violation Suspension.
Refund Impact
Accounts or services suspended for an AUP violation are not eligible for a refund, even within the 14-day window described in the Garantía de devolución.
