Dispute Suspension

著者 Parnian R. 1 分で読めます

Dispute suspension is triggered when a user opens a payment dispute, a chargeback, with their bank, card issuer, or a payment processor such as PayPal, for a payment made voluntarily on Cloudzy. As long as the dispute stays open, the entire account, not just one service, remains suspended.

Why Cloudzy Does This

Disputing a payment that was voluntarily made complicates and delays resolution, and can have negative business implications for Cloudzy. This is addressed in Cloudzy’s 利用規約.

Because a dispute is tied to the payment or invoice itself rather than a single service, Cloudzy can’t isolate which service the disputed invoice was linked to. That’s why the whole account is affected rather than one VPS.

Resolution Requirement

The dispute has to be withdrawn through the user’s bank or payment processor first. Only after it’s withdrawn will Cloudzy release the account.

Until the dispute is withdrawn, Cloudzy can’t reinstate the account or issue a refund.

Dispute suspension is one of four ways a Cloudzy service or account can be suspended. See the full breakdown in Cloudzy Suspension Types.

We understand a suspended account is frustrating to deal with. Once the dispute is closed on your end, open a support ticket and the team can help get things moving again.
