利用規約

概要

この利用規約は、Cloudzyのウェブサイト、製品、およびサービスの利用に適用されます。アカウントを作成するか、いずれかのCloudzyサービスを利用した時点で、この規約に同意したものとみなされます。

アカウント責任

この規約には、アカウント保有者としての責任が定められています。具体的には、認証情報のセキュリティ管理、正確な請求情報の提供、および適用されるすべての法令の遵守が含まれます。

サービス利用

サービスのプロビジョニング方法、請求サイクル、支払い条件、ならびにCloudzyがサービスを変更または終了できる条件については、規約の全文に記載されています。

Multiple Accounts

Each customer may maintain one Cloudzy account, including across different email addresses. Customers with a legitimate need for multiple accounts, such as an organization with several teams, must coordinate with Cloudzy support in advance and receive explicit approval. Accounts flagged as similar to known fraudulent or abusive accounts may be suspended pending identity verification. See Similarity Suspension for details.

Payment Disputes

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank, card issuer, or payment processor over a payment made voluntarily to Cloudzy suspends your entire account while the dispute remains open. Cloudzy cannot reinstate the account or issue a refund until the dispute is withdrawn through the same bank or payment processor. See Dispute Suspension for the full process.

責任制限
