Cloudzyは提供しています 14日間返金保証 on all cloud and VPS services. If you're not satisfied for any reason within the first 14 days, you can request a full refund. Most requests are approved with no questions asked, one exception applies, covered below.

仕組み

Simply contact our support team within 14 days of your initial purchase to request a refund. There is no need to justify your decision, with the one exception covered below. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Exception: Acceptable Use Policy Violations

Accounts or services suspended for violating Cloudzy's 利用規約（AUP） are not eligible for a refund, even if the request falls within the 14-day window. See AUP Violation Suspension for what counts as a violation and how the suspension process works.
