Bill is a developer and product builder who spent years as the person on the team responsible for evaluating new tools, running side-by-side tests, hitting real walls in production, and forming opinions through hands-on use rather than feature lists. He has some allegedly unconventional opinions on developer experience. Now he works in independent consulting and writes about the tools he actually uses daily.
