Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: May 2026
Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of all Cloudzy services, including VPS, dedicated servers, and cloud infrastructure. All customers and end users must comply with this policy as a condition of service.
Prohibited Activities
The AUP covers activities that are not permitted on Cloudzy infrastructure, including but not limited to: illegal activity, distribution of malware, unauthorized access to other systems, network abuse such as DDoS attacks, sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), and hosting content that violates applicable laws.
Resource Usage
The policy addresses fair use of shared resources, network bandwidth expectations, and how Cloudzy handles situations where one customer's usage negatively impacts others on shared infrastructure.
Enforcement
Cloudzy reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for AUP violations. Depending on the type and severity of the activity, Cloudzy typically opens a support ticket first, giving the customer a chance to remove the offending content or activity and confirm it's resolved. If the customer doesn't respond or confirm, the affected service is suspended. If this happens three times, the entire account is suspended.
For severe violations, Cloudzy may suspend the service or account without prior notice. Even then, the customer can open a support ticket and the support team will explain next steps.
A suspension for an AUP violation generally can't be reversed, except in special cases reviewed individually by support. For a full walkthrough of what to expect, see AUP Violation Suspension.
Refund Impact
Accounts or services suspended for an AUP violation are not eligible for a refund, even within the 14-day window described in the Money-Back Guarantee.
Reporting Violations
If you believe a Cloudzy customer is violating this policy, you can report it to [email protected] or visit our Report Abuse page.
