I said I wasn't sure how they did their pricing which is why I was and still am reluctant to dive in with hobbyist projects, Also, my financial situation is not the greatest. Changing my rating from 1 to 4 stars due to their excellent customer recovery.-------------------------------------I am writing this review to warn other traders and professionals.I ordered a Windows VPS from Cloudzy on January 18, 2026, for time-sensitive automated trading. The process was critically flawed from the start:Extreme Delay in Setup: The server took over 14 hours to provision (instead of the advertised 15-30 minutes), which immediately prevented me from setting up my trading environment on time.Service Failure (Unusable Product): When the server was finally provisioned, the provided RDP login credentials (Administrator password) were incorrect. The VPS was technically unusable and inaccessible.Customer Service Failure: Despite confirming the technical issue, the support team took over 36 hours to respond, and ultimately refused a cash refund even though I canceled the non-functional service within their 7-day money-back guarantee window.Financial Resolution: After the company refused to refund my payment, I was forced to open a dispute with PayPal. Everything is smooth , no security issues ddos attacks or anything like this , that could have had affected vps usage so far.One important Feature i'd really really appreciate you to have , is something like Security group for a VPC level access list control .. So , client does't need to use OS based Whitelisting.because whitelisting incoming IPs are most important and i dont trust OS based firewalls inside the Virtual machine itself..if you could help me improve security , or suggest what feature i could use i'd be happy.

Beállítottam az IPv6-ot, és a szerver boldogan működik. Kiváló vállalat, kiváló szolgáltatással. Két VPS-em van cloudzy nál, cloudzy szerverem 180 napos operációs rendszer licencének lejárta miatt a szerver váratlanul leállt. Dave, a támogató csapat tagja visszaállította a licencet, és a probléma a felmerülésétől számított 2 órán belül megoldódott.
