Why builders pick Cloudzy for FR

Paris-tight, honest about it.

The four things buyers actually compare us on, done right.

Single-digit-ms to Paris

Served from eu-ams-1 and eu-fra-1 over AMS-IX and DE-CIX peering. For most French users this is faster than a smaller in-country provider with worse upstream.

Honest about routing

We don't run a Paris region today. We tell you the route, eu-ams-1 or eu-fra-1, instead of inventing one. Cleaner story for your auditors and your latency budget.

99.95% uptime SLA

Automated monitoring across all 12 regions. Last-30-day SLA tracked publicly at status.cloudzy.com.

24/7 human support

Live chat in minutes. Engineers, not script-readers. Median resolution under 1 hour.

How France routing works

No Paris region.
Just honest peering.

Most French traffic reaches Paris over AMS-IX or DE-CIX. From Amsterdam or Frankfurt both already give single-digit-ms paths, usually faster than a smaller in-country provider with worse upstream. We'd rather be honest than ship a fake region.

Use cases

Why builders choose
Cloudzy for France.

France-targeted SaaS and websites

Pin your origin server to Amsterdam or Frankfurt for French users. Both give single-digit-ms latency to Paris over peering, usually faster than a smaller in-country provider.

Game servers for FR + Western EU

Tight latency to French players from Amsterdam or Frankfurt, plus easy reach to Belgium, Netherlands, and Spain. Pre-installed Docker images, ready for k3s or your own stack.

Personal VPN with EU IP

Spin up WireGuard, OpenVPN, or Outline with a static EU IP from Amsterdam or Frankfurt. Useful for streaming, region-locked services, or VPN-only access patterns.

EU trading bots and execution

Deploy on eu-fra-1 for EU-bound equities and FX strategies, or eu-ams-1 for Western European venues. Static dedicated IPv4, always on, AMD EPYC single-thread.

GDPR-aware EU origins

Both Amsterdam and Frankfurt are EU member states. The VPS, disks, and backups stay inside the chosen region by default, useful for processors that want a strict EU footprint.

AI inference for French users

Pre-baked CUDA images on every GPU plan. Serve LLMs, run vLLM/TGI, host your model behind your own API, close enough to Paris for chat-style latency budgets.

FAQ. France VPS

Common questions, straight answers.

Where is your France VPS hosted?

We don't run a Paris region today. France is served from our Amsterdam (eu-ams-1) and Frankfurt (eu-fra-1) regions, both single-digit-ms latency to Paris over peering. For most French users this is faster than a smaller in-country provider, because of better peering. We'd rather be honest about the routing than pretend we have a region we don't.

Why don't you have a Paris region?

We add regions when the demand and the routing both make sense. For French traffic, Amsterdam (AMS-IX) and Frankfurt (DE-CIX) already give clean single-digit-ms paths to Paris, adding a third EU region just for marketing wouldn't make latency tighter. If that changes we'll add Paris.

Which region should I pick. Amsterdam or Frankfurt?

For most French users, Amsterdam is the closer hop and usually wins on latency. Frankfurt is the better choice if your traffic also needs to reach DACH or CEE, or if you want a German-jurisdiction footprint. Snapshot and clone is one click from the panel, try both and stick with whichever your traceroute likes.

Will my users see a French IP?

No, the IP comes from the chosen region (Amsterdam or Frankfurt). For most French users this doesn't matter; the server is fast either way. If you need a France-geolocated IP specifically (for an SEO test or a French-only service), look at a different provider, we don't run a Paris pool.

Is my data hosted inside the EU?

Yes, both Amsterdam and Frankfurt are EU member states. The VPS instance, its disks, and its backups all stay inside the chosen region by default. We don't replicate customer instance data to other regions without your action.

How fast is provisioning?

Once payment is confirmed, your France VPS is live in 60 seconds in either eu-ams-1 or eu-fra-1. You'll receive an email with the IP, root password, and SSH connection string within seconds.

What payment methods can I use from France?

Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, PayPal, and crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT). Wire transfer is available for annual contracts over $1,000. We bill in USD; your card issuer handles the EUR conversion.

Which Linux distros and Windows versions can I install?

Ubuntu (20.04, 22.04, 24.04 LTS), Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky, Fedora, openSUSE, Arch, all one-click. Windows Server 2019 and 2022 are also available. Custom ISO upload is supported on every plan.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, 14 days from purchase, no questions asked, full refund. Apply from the panel or email [email protected].

Do you support GDPR-compliant data flows?

We host inside the EU and don't replicate customer instance data across regions without your action. Compliance with GDPR is a function of your application architecture, your processor agreements, and the data you process. Talk to us for a DPA.
