How do I upload my own ISO?
Log in to the Cloudzy panel, go to your VPS settings, and use the custom ISO upload feature. Provide a direct URL to your ISO file or upload it from your local machine. The system downloads and mounts it, then you reboot into the installer.

What ISO formats are supported?
Standard .iso files for x86_64 architecture. Both BIOS and UEFI boot are supported via KVM. The ISO must be a bootable disk image, not a compressed archive or disk dump.

Is there a file size limit for ISOs?
Practical limits depend on your VPS storage. Most ISOs are 1-4 GB. As long as the ISO plus your installed OS fit within your plan's NVMe allocation, you're fine.

Can I install any operating system?
Yes, as long as it runs on x86_64 and can boot from ISO. Linux distros, BSD variants, network appliances, even older Windows versions. KVM provides full hardware virtualization, so there are no paravirtualization restrictions.

Does Cloudzy provide support for custom OS installs?
Our support covers the VPS infrastructure, networking, hardware, provisioning, panel access. We do not provide support for custom OS configuration, driver issues, or software inside your custom install. You manage the OS.

Can I switch back to a standard template after installing a custom ISO?
Yes. You can reinstall your VPS with any of our standard templates (Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Windows, etc.) at any time from the panel. Reinstalling wipes the disk.

Is nested virtualization supported?
