How can I deploy an OMV media VM from my custom ISO file?
When you choose the custom ISO feature, you can upload your OMV image file and once the uploading process is finished, you can deploy a VPS with your desired plan and region. You can use our guide on how to deploy a VPS from a custom ISO to learn the step-by-step process.

How can I buy an OpenMediaVault cloud server?
Cloudzy receives various payment methods. We welcome cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. Regular payments such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal are also accepted.
What is the pay-as-you-go (PAYG) payment method?
In the PAYG method, we will not charge you a monthly fee. You can add as much credit as you need to your account and create as many cloud servers as you want. As long as your cloud servers exist, you will be charged hourly directly from your credit balance. Please note that not using a cloud server or turning it off will not stop the charging process since the server is still considered active and requires data preservation and maintenance.
Is the IP address of my OMV VM shared with others?
Not at all. Each Cloudzy server comes with a dedicated and static IP, so you will be the only user of the IP while using our services. That means having full control over your privacy and online activities.
Will the OS be counted as a part of the storage of my OMV server?
Yes, it will. No matter what type of OMV ISO file you choose to upload, a part of your storage will be occupied by the operating system/image itself. Make sure to consider the resource takeup of the OMV ISO file when picking a VPS plan.
How long does it take you to deliver my OpenMediaVault server?
Almost no time at all! Once you deploy the OVM media VM from your ISO file, your VPS will be activated and ready to use within 5 minutes. You’ll receive an automatic email containing information on how to connect to your OpenMediaVault VM. Please do not share this information with anyone else.
