Service Access

Once installed, your TeamSpeak server will be running and accessible on UDP port 9987 (default voice port).

Admin Token

Check /root/.tstoken for your initial server admin token.

Use it when prompted in your TeamSpeak client to gain server admin access.

Add Server in TeamSpeak Client

  1. Open the TeamSpeak Client on your desktop.
  2. Click “Connections” → “Connect” (or press Ctrl + S).
  3. In the Server Nickname or Address field, enter: <server-ip>
  4. Optionally set a Nickname for yourself.
  5. Server Password: (Leave blank unless youve set one.)
  6. Click Connect.
  7. After connecting, you’ll be prompted for a Privilege Key (a.k.a. Server Admin Token).
  8. Get the token from your server: cat /root/.tstoken
  9. Paste the token in the popup to gain admin privileges.
