Cloudzy Incident Report – September 7, 2025

On September 7th, 2025, at 12:30 PM Dubai time, we identified an issue affecting account balances for some of our customers. Due to a technical issue and incorrect network usage reports, certain accounts temporarily displayed negative balances and were suspended by mistake.

As part of this incident, you may have also received network usage overage warning emails. Please ignore those messages, as they were sent in error. Your credit has already been restored to your account.

Our team quickly identified the root cause and resolved the issue. All affected accounts have now been fully restored with the correct balances, and no users remain suspended.
