Cloudzy Crypto Payment and Confirmation Guide

Paying for Cloudzy services with cryptocurrency is flexible and convenient, but it requires understanding how blockchain confirmations work. When paying with crypto, your payment must be verified by the blockchain before credits are applied to your Cloudzy account. The confirmation time depends on network fees: higher fees generally result in faster confirmations, while lower fees may take longer.

This guide walks you through the full process, explains how transaction fees affect timing, and clarifies what to expect when your payment shows as New in your Cloudzy panel.

Prerequisites

Before starting a crypto payment, make sure you have:

  • A funded cryptocurrency wallet compatible with Cloudzy-supported coins, such as Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), DOGE, TRON (TRX), or Tether (USDT).

  • Understanding of blockchain transaction fees, which affect confirmation speed.

  • Awareness of network congestion, which may delay processing even if fees are adequate.

Being prepared with these ensures smoother and faster payments.

Step-by-Step Crypto Payment

  • Select Your Payment Amount
Choose the credit amount to add to your Cloudzy account from the predefined options or enter a custom amount.
Add Credit
  • Choose Your Cryptocurrency
Select your preferred coin: BTC, LTC, DOGE, TRX, or USDT.

  • Initiate the Payment
Proceed to the CoinPayments gateway (or chosen crypto processor) and follow the prompts to send the payment from your wallet.

  • Set Transaction Fees
Choose a blockchain transaction fee. Higher fees generally speed up confirmation, while lower fees can take longer.

  • Track Your Transaction
After sending, use your TXID (Transaction ID) on the appropriate blockchain explorer to monitor progress:

    • Bitcoin → blockchain.com or btc.com

    • Litecoin → blockchair.com or live.blockcypher.com/ltc

    • DOGE → dogechain.info

    • TRON → tronscan.org

    • USDT →

      • ERC-20 → etherscan.io

      • Omni Layer → omniexplorer.info

      • TRC-20 → tronscan.org

  • Await Confirmation

The blockchain network must confirm the transaction before credits appear in your account. Depending on fees and network traffic, this may take a few minutes up to 72 hours in rare cases.

In your Cloudzy panel, the Payment Status may initially show as “New” while the transaction is still processing. This is normal and does not require action on your part.

USDT Payment Delay and Confirmation Time

When paid using Crypto (USDT), there can sometimes be a delay between when the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain and when the funds are officially credited to your Cloudzy account. This process can take up to 72 hours. During this time, the system cannot manually credit your account, as the funds are still being processed. Please allow up to 72 hours from the time you sent the transfer. If the funds are not credited after 24 hours, contact Cloudzy support and provide your TXID for a deeper investigation.

  • Receiving Credit
Once the transaction is confirmed and settled, your Cloudzy account will be credited with the chosen amount, and you can immediately use the services.

By understanding transaction fees, blockchain confirmation times, and the “New” payment status in the panel, you can confidently manage crypto payments with Cloudzy.
